Payment Information
Credit Cards:
We accept most major credit cards. However, HandiThings advises all
online shoppers, to NEVER list credit card
information, or other personal information, in an email. EMAILS ARE
NOT SECURE. Credit card information should only be
transferred over SECURE communication lines, such as a secure website
(like ours), telephone, fax or postal mail. When paying by credit
card, please include the type of card (visa, m/c, etc) the credit card
number, the expiration date, and the cardholders’ name, as it appears
on the card. Personal, and credit card information is stored on our
secured server until an authorized HandiThings representative accesses
it and processes the actual payment. Credit card information is always
deleted from the server after the order is processed, and payment is
complete (usually the same day).
PayPal:
During the checkout process, you will also have the option to use
PayPal for payment of your order if you wish. Just follow the
prompts at checkout if you wish to use PayPal. Your PayPal
payment will be made to "Handithings@aol.com".
Checks: We
will accept personal or business checks. If ordering by phone, fax, or
email, we will ship your order to you and include an invoice from
which you can return payment.
Purchase Orders: We will accept purchase orders from established
facilities or organizations. We will send an invoice to the “bill to”
address provided.
Shipping and Handling Information
United States
Shipping:
HandiThings products are shipped from the St. Louis, Missouri area. We
typically use USPS Parcel Post, with delivery confirmation on orders
over $50.00, or UPS. Unless otherwise noted, shipping charges are 10%
of the merchandise total to all US addresses. Typically we can ship
most orders within 3 to 5 business days, but please allow 2 to 3 weeks
for delivery.
International Shipping:
USPS (Air Small Packet, or Air Parcel Post), or UPS, are used for most
overseas shipments. The HandiThings shipping charges will reflect the
actual shipping charges of the carrier used. Typically we can ship
most orders within 3 to 5 business days, but with increased security,
it may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Please check www.USPS.com
(international shipping), or email
us for estimated shipping and handling charges.
Handling Charge:
There is a $2.00 handling fee on ALL retail orders.
Damages in Shipment:
Please inspect your HandiThings order upon arrival. If you have any
damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us as soon as
possible so we can correct the error.
Guarantee:
All products, purchased directly from HandiThings, are guaranteed for
90 days against manufacturing defects. If any HandiThings product does
not function as described, or does not meet with your satisfaction for
any reason, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement, a
credit, or a full refund.
Please understand
that we cannot guarantee our products if they are misused, or abused.
These products are designed and intended to be used in a controlled
setting, with supervision as necessary.
